Meta Skateboards Refund Policy

Meta Skateboards refund Policy extends to all products. If a factory defect or shipping error occurs, Meta will gladly exchange it at our cost or issue an in-house credit.  Absolutely NO CASH REFUNDS!!!  If it is necessary to return or exchange a product please note:

*You must contact Meta within 5 business days of receipt of goods to obtain an "RA" code.  We will not except any merchandise without a "Return Authorization Code".
 
*Customers are responsible for all returned merchandise shipping charges.

*Returned products must be accompanied by original packaging in brand new condition will all tags attached.
*A written explanation of the reason for return must be accompanied with a copy of the shipping invoice.
*All returns and exchanges must be received by Meta Skateboards within 30 business days from invoice date.
*All Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
