- You may cancel an order at anytime before the Item ordered is shipped. You must call 303-443-1245 during store hours, please include order number, and all personal contact information.

- Meta Skateboards refund Policy extends to all products. If a factory defect or shipping error occurs, Meta will gladly exchange it at our cost or issue an inhouse credit. Absolutely NO CASH REFUNDS!!! If it is necessary to return or exchange a product please note:
*You must contact Meta within 5 business days of reciept of goods to obtain an "RA" code. We will not except any merchandise without a "Return Authorization Code".
*Customers are responsible for all returned merchandise shipping charges.
*Returned products must be accompanied by original packaging in brand new condition will all tags attached.
*A written explanation of the reason for return must be accompanied with a copy of the shipping invoice.
*All returns and exchanges must be received by Meta Skateboards within 30 business days from invoice date.
*All Shipping Fees are non-refundable.

Any merchandise sent to Meta not meeting the above requirements will be refused.

- All order shipped within the state of Colorado are required to pay sales tax. All orders shipped out of state will not be charged sales tax.

- How do I place an order? [Back to Top]
How To Order Products Using the Meta Website:
* Browse our site using the menu on the top. When you see an item you want to buy, click on the picture to view more details and product options. Select the size you want and press the 'Add to Cart' button. This places the item in an electronic shopping cart.
* You may continue shopping after placing an item in your cart. To return to your cart at any point during the shopping process, click on the View Cart symbol located in the top of your screen. You can also change the quantities of the products in your cart.
* After putting all the items you wish to buy in your shopping cart, click "Proceed to Checkout".
* You will be asked to provide your billing and shipping address.
* You will then be shown the total amount of your order, including sales tax (Colorado shipments only). You will then be asked to choose a shipping option.
* At this point, a new total charge will appear and you will be asked to enter your credit card information. After confirming your selections, click the 'Place Order' button.
* After you click on 'Place Order,' a page will appear that confirms your order and gives you an order number you can use to contact us. We will also send you a confirmation of your order via email.
